File deletion policy: All uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of upload, regardless of whether the conversion was completed. No file is stored beyond this period under any circumstance.
1. What we collect
- Files you upload for conversion — stored temporarily for processing only.
- Anonymous usage data via Google Analytics (page views, browser type, country).
- IP address and session data, logged temporarily for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your data
- Uploaded files are used solely to perform the requested conversion and then deleted.
- We do not read, analyze, share, or sell your files or personal data to any third party.
- Analytics data is used only to improve the service.
3. File retention and deletion
- Uploaded files are deleted automatically within 1 hour of upload.
- Converted output files are deleted immediately after download or within 1 hour, whichever comes first.
- No backups of user files are created or retained.
4. Cookies
- We use Google Analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. No personal data is collected through cookies.
- Your language preference (ES/EN) is stored locally in your browser only — never on our servers.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Request confirmation that no personal data related to you is stored (files are deleted within 1 hour by default).
- Request deletion of any data associated with you.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
